Covid-19 Business Update
We are determined to support our customers through this difficult time whilst ensuring the health and safety of our employees. We are therefore adhering closely to the UK Government Covid-19 guidelines, and as such we are making temporary changes to our day-to-day operations. This is to ensure we are compliant, and our focus is on supporting our customers who continue to work and need our support.
We will be operating as normal but with a reduced staffing level. We ask, therefore, that you please support us by following these guidelines:
- Where possible, please use email rather than telephoning
- Please send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than individuals
- Should you need to speak to someone in our customer service team, please be patient if your call is not answered immediately
- Our sales area representatives will not be available in the short term, so please direct any
