We supply high-accuracy coolant nozzles which promote high-quality manufacturing and reduced tool wear. Cool-Grind Technologies leads the field in design, manufacture and supply of coolant nozzles which deliver more accurate coolant flow and pressure to the grinding area, resulting in:

We offer two solutions for coolant nozzles: bespoke designs for unique grinding machines and objectives and Grind-Loc kits for a flexible solution.
Bespoke Systems: after assessment of the grinding processes, bespoke designs for unique grinding machines can be offered to meet clearly defined objectives.
Grind-Loc Kits: we provide Grind-Loc kits in three formats to suit various applications: general purpose, cylindrical grinding and tool grinding.
