We offer cutting and grinding discs from the Master range as well as the Rhodius brand.
Freehand cutting discs are well-suited to heavy-duty applications. Thanks to a strong material and disc width of up to 4mm, they offer a higher side stability and are thus a safer option when cutting solid materials.
Stationary cutting discs for stationary cutting machines and chop saws are characterised by a long service life and cutting ability.
Our cut-off wheels range is available off the shelf and made to order. These can be offered from the Master own brand range as well as other leading brands, such as Norton and Rhodius.
Master cut-off wheels are available in a range of sizes and grades to suit various cutting applications. These wheels are designed for a long life and faster cut without the additional operator pressure.
Resin bond - aluminium oxide and silicon carbide wheels in resin bond can be supplied as reinforced or non-reinforced and are widely used in foundry.
Metal bond - generally diamond abrasives in a metal bond matrix, metal bonded cut-off wheels are widely used in the glass and ceramics industry for it's hard wearing and durable qualities.
Nickel bond - the electroplated product has a single layer of the superabrasive crystals which are encapsulated by a layer of nickel plating onto a steel core. Plated products are relatively inexpensive in comparison to the other types of bond systems, but their single layer of abrasive results in a shorter life.
As the UK representative of Rhodius, the experts in cut-off wheels, we can offer specialist cut-off wheels for the foundry industry. These are ideal for processing thin-walled and solid materials.
Within this range, Rhodius offers the thinnest cutting disc available on the market, with a thickness of 0.6mm which provides a high precision cut with minimal burr formation and reduced material decolourisation due to low heat.

Grinding discs are characterised by high stock removal and cutting efficiency as well as their long service life. Rhodius grinding discs are made in a thickness of 7mm with a special top layer.
