Cartridge Rolls
Cartridge rolls are offered both from Master and Standard Abrasives brands.
Master cartridge rolls are lengths of abrasive cloth wound around a spindle for a multi-layer product which exposes new abrasive cutting points throughout the product life. This long-lasting product is an excellent solution for deburring and metal removal applications.
Availability
Our abrasives cartridge rolls are available in aluminium oxide as well as zirconium and ceramic oxide on request. A range of roll sizes is available from 6 to 19mm diameter and 25 to 50mm long.
Cartridge rolls are available both in straight and tapered forms according to application requirements.
Mandrels are offered to suit the Master cartridge rolls.

Cartridge rolls are ideal for fast cutting on contours and hard-to-reach areas on all ferrous materials.

We also offer the Standard Abrasives brand cartridge rolls, which are available ceramic oxide, zirconia alumina and aluminuim oxide materials in various sizes and grit sizes.
